Staff training

The training of the required production personnel may be a problem, especially in regions, where the secondary aluminum industry has not become sufficiently established as yet. In those cases ALCUTEC offers comprehensive training courses, during which experienced production experts deal especially with the know-how for operating advanced production plants, so that the latest technologies can be effectively used.

The initial phase after starting the production can be accompanied by experienced ALCUTEC specialists and personnel, if required. They are able to provide flanking support during the plant operations.
