The ALCUTEC equipment is manufactured by companies which have accumulated sufficient experience for this task and will ensure a workmanlike finish and quality. In special cases, a considerable portion of the manufacturing process may be shifted close to the assembly site, although the plant components will usually be pre-assembled at the production site to the largest possible extent. This will not only reduce the actual assembly time, but also allow the adaptation and adjustment of parts and components during the pre-assembly phase.
